Falbygdens Paprika, Hallon & Chili Marmelad - Pepper Raspberry & Chili Marmelade 125 g
This sweet jam has a wonderful heat and a slight acidity with a taste of raspberries and hints of pepper, and marries finely with creamy and fatty cheeses. The heat and the sweet berries lift the cheese and make it taste both more and better. With its good, balanced taste and nice color, it is perfect on the cheese plate, for example together with dessert cheeses such as Brie or Brillat Savarin, where the creaminess of the cheeses together with the heat of the chili lifts the sweetness of the berries. The jam is also a brilliant taste bud with Swedish classics such as Präst®, Herrgård® and Svecia.
