We understand that delivery and shipping can be a concern, but we want to put your mind at ease and provide you with all the information you need. 

Our Delivery Process is Simple and Efficient:

Orders are shipped on a biweekly basis, with deliveries arriving on Thursdays.

You can place your order at any time, and we will include it in the next available shipment. As we consolidate orders, the exact shipment timing may vary depending on order volumes and our delivery schedule. 

We always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

By consolidating shipments, we are able to keep our delivery costs as low as possible while maintaining a reliable service.

A minimum order value of 100 CHF applies. Shipping costs are 19.99 CHF, regardless of order size.

All prices include Swiss customs duties and VAT.

We transport all packages with our refrigerated trucks until they reach Switzerland, and for the "last mile," we use Swiss Post Priority package to reach your door as soon as possible. 

If your package contains goods that need refrigeration, we add cold packs that are environmentally friendly and can be opened and disposed of in the kitchen sink.

We take pride in our commitment to sustainability and nature, and as part of that commitment, we offer our customers the opportunity to carbon offset the transportation, for a few extra Francs. If for some reason you don't want to offset, we will do it for you and pay for it. 

All proceeds go to carbon offset projects, in addition to monthly contributions to Climeworks, a Swiss project that extracts CO2 directly from the air.

If there is anything that is unavailable or out of stock for the week we will refund you for this before you receive your package.
