Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Swedishness ships internationally to several markets including the US & Canada, Switzerland & Liechtenstein and several EU countries.

How long will it take to receive my order?
  1. US Orders: Orders are shipped on Monday or Tuesday and typically arrive in 1-3 days via UPS Express.
  2. EU Orders: Orders are shipped from Monday to Wednesday and usually take 1-3 days for delivery via UPS Express.
  3. Switzerland Orders: Deliveries every Thursday.

US: Flat delivery rate of $24.99 for orders over $100.

Germany, Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Ireland, Finland:

  2. Orders over €100: Shipping €9.99

France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Greece:

  1. Orders up to €100: Shipping €39.99
  2. Orders €100-250: Shipping €19.99

Switzerland: Orders under 100CHF: 14.90CHF, orders over 100CHF: 19.90CHF

United Kingdom:

Orders up to 100 EUR: Shipping cost is 19.99 EUR.

Orders above 100 EUR: Shipping cost is 9.99 EUR.


Flat rate: 34.99 CAD for all orders over 150 CAD.

How are perishable items shipped to ensure freshness?

Cold gel packs as well as dry ice are included in packages to maintain the required temperature.

After receiving the package the gel packs can be cut open and discarded in the sink and the dry ice you can leave it in an open space away from children and it will sublimate away. Both these substances are biodegradable.

Are there any hidden costs, like duties or taxes, when shipping internationally?

No, all prices include customs tariffs and VAT, and there are no hidden costs.

What is your return policy?

Swedishness offers a "Life is Too Short" policy, which guarantees refunds with no questions asked if anything goes wrong with your delivery.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking information will be provided for your order once it is ready to be shipped. In most cases you will receive an email from UPS with your tracking code. For Switzerland and Lichtenstein you will receive the code via Die Post.
