The sauce is flavored with basil, onion, and garlic, one of the most classic combinations of Southern Italian cuisine. The taste is mild but full-bodied. The bag contains 90 grams and is enough for one slightly larger pinsa or pizza or two slightly smaller ones. It can also be used as a pasta sauce.
