Good soured 37% cream from Skånemejerier and our goat's milk. The butter is churned at Löt gårdsmejeri and has the same good taste as before. The gourmet butter is made from cow's cream and goat's milk and has more acid in it and a broader taste. We also make special butter to order.

Löt Gårdsmejeri, in der Nähe von Linköping gelegen, ist eine lokale Molkerei, die für die Produktion echter Östgöta-Molkereiprodukte aus eigener Ziegenmilch und Kuhmilch von Kättestad Ekofarm bekannt ist. Die Molkerei konzentriert sich auf eine kleine, handwerkliche Produktion, um einzigartige Aromen und qualitativ hochwertige Produkte zu gewährleisten. Diese sind in ausgewählten Geschäften, Restaurants und im eigenen Hofladen erhältlich. Die Hingabe des Bauernhofs an Qualität und einzigartige Geschmacksrichtungen hat internationale Anerkennung erlangt, einschließlich des Exports von Produkten an NOMA, ein renommiertes Restaurant in Kopenhagen. Im Jahr 2016 wurde Löt Gårdsmejeri als "Lebensmittelheld des Jahres" geehrt, weil es durch seine kleine, handwerkliche Produktion einzigartige Käsesorten von hoher Qualität und reichem Geschmack schafft.
Gute saure 37 % Fetthaltige Sahne von Skånemejerier und unserer Ziegenmilch. Die Butter wird bei Löt gårdsmejeri hergestellt und hat den gleichen guten Geschmack wie zuvor. Die Gourmetbutter wird aus Kuhrahm und Ziegenmilch hergestellt und hat mehr Säure und einen breiteren Geschmack. Auf Bestellung stellen wir auch Spezialbutter her.
