Grated Västerbottensost® 24 months is the kitchen's very best friend! With its long storage time and unique taste, it elevates your pasta and pizza dishes or weekend taco dinners and gives them a bit of that special something. Grated 24 months is also a natural addition to the pie favorite, Västerbottensost pie. The cheese freezes well. Västerbottensost® is a Swedish grainy hard cheese made from Norrland cows' milk and manufactured at the small dairy in Burträsk in Västerbotten. It has a characteristic, full-bodied taste. The cheese has been manufactured since 1872, when dairywoman Ulrika Eleonora Lindström created the secret recipe.
Ingredients: Pasteurized Northern MILK, salt, fermentation culture, rennet, preservatives E202 and E251. Potato flour is added to maintain fineness.

Västerbottensost® ist ein schwedischer körniger Hartkäse, hergestellt aus der Milch nordschwedischer Kühe in der kleinen Molkerei in Burträsk, Västerbotten. Er zeichnet sich durch seinen charakteristischen, vollmundigen Geschmack aus. Der Käse wird seit 1872 hergestellt, als die Molkereifachfrau Ulrika Eleonora Lindström das geheime Rezept entwickelte.

Pasteurisierte nordschwedische MILCH, Salz, Milchsäurekulturen, Lab, Konservierungsstoffe E202 und E251. Zur Erhaltung der Rieselfähigkeit wird Kartoffelmehl zugesetzt.
