Falbygdens Mature Cheddar - Matured Cheddarpuck 200 g
Cheddarpuck Mature 200g Falbygdens
A specially selected cheddar from Yorkshire in the UK made from pasteurized cow's milk. In this cheese, the smooth texture and the ripe and powerful taste marry with a mild creaminess that stays on the tongue for a long time. A clear acidity and real saltiness makes the cheese feel fresh and lifts the flavors even further, and nutty tones with a little hint of caramel make it perfect on the cheese plate, preferably with a piece of apple or maybe a glass of oak Chardonnay. Stored for 9 to 12 months.
