Findus Äkta Majonnäs is made according to a classic recipe dating back to 1947. It goes well with cold sauces, eggs and seafood, among other things. By "genuine" we mean that the mayonnaise since its launch in 1947 has met the requirements for an oil-based fat content of at least 80% that applied for a long time. In contrast to so-called "fake" mayonnaise which was prepared on eg butter or cream.
