Arla Köket® Smetana 42% is a thick, sour cream with a slightly sour, creamy and slightly buttery taste. Smetana contributes with a full-bodied and round character that enhances flavors in food and gives a luxurious feeling. This lactose-free gourmet cream is suitable as an accompaniment to starters, stews and soups, in sauces, dips and stir-fries both for desserts and as a filling in pastries. Smetana can be quickly whipped up to extra firm consistency. The product is lactose free.
