This is how we make our West Coast chips: In our chip factory outside Gothenburg, we slice our West Coast potatoes with the skin left. They are deep-fried in small batches in a mixture of sunflower and Swedish rapeseed oil, on low heat for a long time. Then we season with natural spices. The result is fantastically crispy and tasty chips.
