Cold-smoked salmon of the highest quality in fine slices. Freshly smoked by hand in Falkenberg with juniper, freshly chipped alder wood from Halland and completely without additives. The natural aromas from the wood give a well-balanced smoke flavor and fine character. Ready to eat in pasta or as a topping on pizza. Sustainably grown (ASC) and keyhole labeled. Korshags began in 1937 with a small fish shop in Falkenberg and today houses three generations of knowledge, craftsmanship, and curiosity. And it is our genuine love for the ingredients, the food, and the sea that permeates everything we do.
