Saltå Kvarns Balsamic Vinegar IGP has a soft full flavor with just the right amount of sweetness and balanced acidity. Very good with salads, vegetables, and sauces. Barrel-aged vinegar and boiled grape must be mixed in a steel tank and then filtered and poured into wooden barrels previously used for storing wine, so-called "barriques". Barrel storage then lasts for at least four months.

Das Balsamico-Essig IGP von Saltå Kvarn hat einen weichen, vollen Geschmack mit genau der richtigen Menge Süße und ausgewogener Säure. Sehr gut geeignet für Salate, Gemüse und Saucen. Der im Fass gereifte Essig und der gekochte Traubenmost werden in einem Stahltank gemischt und dann filtriert und in zuvor für die Lagerung von Wein verwendete Holzfässer, sogenannte "Barriques", gegossen. Die Fasslagerung dauert dann mindestens vier Monate.
