Ingredients
For 1 Drink:
- 50 ml (1.7 oz) gin, perhaps Hernö Gin
- 25 ml (0.8 oz) fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml (0.5 oz) rosemary simple syrup (see preparation instructions below)
- 1 fresh egg white (for foam)
- Edible gold flakes, for garnish
- Fresh rosemary sprig, for garnish
- Dusting of cinnamon, optional

Step 1: Prepare the Rosemary Simple Syrup
- In a small saucepan, combine:
- Heat over medium-low heat, stirring until the sugar fully dissolves.
- Let the syrup simmer gently for 2-3 minutes to infuse the rosemary flavor.
- Remove from heat and allow it to cool completely. Strain out the rosemary sprig and store the syrup in an airtight container.
Step 2: Mix the Cocktail
- Add the following ingredients to a cocktail shaker:
- Dry Shake (without ice) for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white and create a thick foam.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again vigorously for another 10-15 seconds to chill the mixture.
Step 3: Serve and Garnish
- Strain the cocktail into a tall, frosted glass to enhance the presentation.
- Garnish the foam topping with: Anis Star.
