We at Hälsans kök want to make it easier for everyone to eat more vegetarian. It should be simple and really good. Try our Ovo-vegetarian Schnitzel, which is made on a base of soy and wheat protein, has a deliciously crispy surface, juicy filling and is perfect with boiled potatoes and vegetables. Feel free to squeeze a little lemon juice on the Schnitzel when serving. Our schnitzel is part of our concept, Everyday Favorites, and represents a selection of products that are perfect as the main ingredient in dishes you make regularly. Everyday favorites are rich in protein and easy to prepare. The range consists of burgers, fillets, buns, schnitzel, nuggets and sausages. Cooking Oven: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the schnitzel in a lightly greased baking dish and heat in the middle of the oven for 10-12 minutes. Turn after half the time. Frying pan: Heat a little oil on medium heat in a frying pan. Add the schnitzel and fry for 6-8 minutes. Turn once. The product may contain traces of SESAME SEEDS, CELLERY
