Hälsans kök want to make it easier for everyone to eat more vegetarian. It should be simple and really good. Try our vegan buns, made on a base of soy and wheat protein. A tasty vegan and vegetarian alternative for the whole family if it goes just as well with pasta as with barbecue skewers. May contain sesame seeds, eggs, celery and mustard. Our vegan buns are part of our concept, Everyday Favorites, and represent a selection of products that are perfect as the main ingredient in dishes you make regularly. Everyday favorites are rich in protein and easy to prepare. The range consists of burgers, fillets, buns, schnitzel, nuggets and sausages. Cooking Oven: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the vegan buns in a lightly greased baking dish and heat in the middle of the oven for 8-9 minutes. Turn the buns after half the time. Frying pan: Heat a little oil on medium heat in a frying pan. Add the vegan buns and fry for 6-8 minutes. Turn every now and then.
