Oatly AB is a Swedish company that was founded in the mid-’90s by researchers at Lund University, who found that natural enzymes can transform fibre rich OATS into nutritional liquid food, perfectly adapted for humans. The products, everything from drink to custard and YOGHURT, are all based on Swedish OATS.
