Kavli Ädelost is a creamy soft cheese made from the finest cheeses and 29% mild green mold cheese flavored with parsley. Fat content only 20%. Perfect for gingerbread. Kavlis soft cheese is locally produced in Älvsjö. In order to get the best possible quality and taste of our products, we always use first-class hard cheese and the best raw materials. All of our soft cheeses are pasteurized and it's fine to eat them if you're pregnant. Kavli soft cheese is good to have on sandwiches, as an ingredient and flavoring agent in cooking, e.g. soup, pie or pasta sauce Tip! Goes especially well with the cheese tray or mingle with the friends. At Christmas time, we can suggest Ädel cheese + gingerbread.
