Löt Gårdsmejeri, located near Linköping, is a local dairy farm known for producing genuine Östgöta dairy products from its own milk goats and cow milk from Kättestad Ecological Farm. The farm's commitment to quality and unique tastes has garnered them international recognition, including exporting products to NOMA, a renowned restaurant in Copenhagen. Of 100% goat milk we manufacture our goat brie, which is a soft/creamy white mold cheese. The cheese is best served tempered.
