The Greenland prawn is extra juicy and sweet, the meat has a pleasant texture and the color is a beautiful pink. The cold water of the arctic area means that the shrimp grow very slowly, which means that the flavor has plenty of time to develop properly - intense, fresh and sweet with a hint of sea salt. The shrimps are caught in the clean and icy waters around Greenland. After the catch, the prawns are immediately sorted by size, after which they are cooked, packaged and frozen in less than three hours. The quick and gentle handling ensures that the prawns retain their natural taste, texture and freshness.
