Swedish Roastbiff Filet app. 900g
Roast beef Steak is a steak of Swedish beef that you can make a lot of different dishes on. You can either fry it just like a steak or use it in pots. Feel free to try it out, so it will be extra juicy. Rub the meat with salt, pepper, herbs and a little (or much) garlic. Brown, insert a thermometer and cook in the oven at 150 degrees. The meat has reached medium heat when the inner temperature is 60 degrees. Let it rest before cutting it up, but keep in mind that if you cover it with foil to keep the heat in the meantime, the meat continues to cook, so remove it just before it reaches 60 degrees.
