Pannoumi is a Swedish grill & steak cheese, to fry, grill, fry and to have in pots instead of meat! It is also fantastic as a topping on salads and soups. Pannoumi® gets a delicious crispy surface and becomes soft and creamy inside when frying, grilling and deep-frying. The cheese has a finely balanced sourness and clear saltiness and it is easy to add your own spices to your favorite dish.
