Pofiber - Pop fiber flour - 125g
Gluten-free Pofiber from Semper – baking aid for juicier bread. Pofiber is a finely divided fiber flour that effectively binds large amounts of liquid. It can be used in gluten-free baking for firmer doughs and juicier bread and in dishes such as breadcrumbs e.g. breading. Pofiber is made from Swedish potatoes through a special manufacturing method where the pulp of the potatoes is cleaned and dried. Semper's Pofiber also has a high fiber content and is low FODMAP certified.

Glutenfreies Pofiber von Semper – Backhilfe für saftigeres Brot. Pofiber ist ein fein gemahlenes Fasermehl, das große Mengen Flüssigkeit effektiv bindet. Es kann beim glutenfreien Backen für festere Teige und saftigeres Brot sowie in Gerichten wie Paniermehl, z. B. zum Panieren, verwendet werden. Pofiber wird aus schwedischen Kartoffeln durch ein spezielles Herstellungsverfahren hergestellt, bei dem das Fruchtfleisch der Kartoffeln gereinigt und getrocknet wird. Semper's Pofiber hat auch einen hohen Faseranteil und ist niedrig FODMAP-zertifiziert.
