Fyrkornskross - Vierkornmühle - 550 g
Fyrkornkross ist eine Mischung aus gleichen Teilen Weizen, Roggen, Gerste und Hafer, die zu Stücken geschnitten wurden. Es handelt sich um ein Vollkornprodukt, bei dem sowohl Keim als auch Kleie erhalten bleiben, was zu einem hohen Gehalt an Ballaststoffen führt. Es ist auch reich an Phosphor, Magnesium und Eisen. Vierkornmüsli hat einen kräftigen Getreidegeschmack und passt gut zu Haferbrei. Beim Brotbacken können 20% des Mehls durch Vierkornmehl ersetzt werden. Dadurch wird das Brot besonders saftig und lecker. Dann den Brei ohne Salz kochen.
