Die Sauce hat einen klaren Geschmack von Dill und Zitrone, und die Crème fraîche macht die Sauce wunderbar frisch und cremig. Die Sauce passt perfekt zu verschiedenen Fisch- und Meeresfrüchtegerichten wie paniertem Kabeljau und im Ofen gebackenem Lachs. Neben Fisch passt sie auch gut zu einem gegrillten Stück Fleisch oder Huhn, zusammen mit frischen Kartoffeln und Gemüse.
