We at Hälsans kök want to make it easier for everyone to eat more vegetarian. It should be simple and really good. Our grilled fillets are made on a base of soy and wheat protein. They are juicy and go well with oven-roasted vegetables and tzatziki. Our Grilled fillets are part of our concept, Everyday favorites, and represent a selection of products that are perfect as the main ingredient in dishes you make regularly. Everyday favorites are rich in protein and easy to prepare. The range consists of burgers, fillets, buns, schnitzel, nuggets and sausages. Cooking Oven: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the grilled fillets in a lightly greased baking dish and heat in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes. Turn the fillets halfway through. Frying pan: Heat a little oil on medium heat in a frying pan. Add the fillets and fry for 5-6 minutes. Turn once. The product may contain traces of SESAME SEEDS, SENAP.
