2 Guldkula Champagne Premier Cru
Bottles: 2 X 750 ml
Experience the Elegance of Guldkula Champagne
Indulge in the refined luxury of Guldkula Champagne Premier Cru, a distinguished blend of 73% Pinot Noir and 27% Chardonnay, crafted in the heart of the Champagne region in northern France. This non-vintage Champagne embodies the rich winemaking traditions of its origins, offering a taste that is both sophisticated and refreshingly vibrant.
Traditional Craftsmanship at Its Finest
Guldkula Champagne is produced using the traditional method, known as méthode traditionnelle, ensuring its delicate bubbles and complex flavors. The base wine undergoes a meticulous second fermentation in the very bottle it is sold in. This process begins with the addition of a mix of sugar and yeast, called liqueur de tirage, followed by aging in cool cellars where the yeast slowly transforms the sugar into fine bubbles. The bottles are then carefully tilted to gather the yeast sediment in the neck, which is later frozen and removed in a process called dégorgement. The final touch is a small addition of wine and sugar, known as dosage, achieving the perfect balance of flavors.
A Symphony of Flavors and Aromas
This Premier Cru Champagne presents a light golden hue with a subtle beige tint, indicative of its depth and character. Its nuanced and developed aroma reveals delightful notes of red apples, nougat, toasted bread, and a hint of orange. On the palate, it offers a fresh and sophisticated profile that mirrors the nose, including flavors of red apples, nougat, toasted bread, and a zesty citrus peel finish. With a low sugar content of just 0.9 g per 100 ml, this Champagne is ideal for those who appreciate a drier, refined style.
Perfect for Every Occasion
Serve Guldkula Champagne Premier Cru chilled at 8-10°C as an elegant aperitif, or pair it with vegetarian dishes, seafood, or poultry to elevate your dining experience. Whether it’s a grand celebration or an intimate gathering, Guldkula Champagne adds a touch of sophistication to any moment.
