Goodnight porridge apple & cinnamon is made with oats and wheat and is suitable for children, 1–3 years old. The classic flavor combination of apple and cinnamon makes the porridge easily a favorite with most children. Goodnight porridge makes for a cozy bedtime, but Semper porridge is suitable at any time of the day because it is nutritionally complete! Whole grain oats also contain a mixture of soluble and insoluble fibers. Goodnight porridge is easy to prepare both at home and away, just mix with water.
