Swedish Artisinal Cheese Party! 🥳🧀🇸🇪

Last night we tried eight cheeses from local dairy farms in Sweden! 😍

So interesting to try new cheese! Served with two jams, crispbreads, artisinal butter and fruits! 😋

We tasted the following,

- Hyby Blå (Blue cheese) @soldattorpets
- Vitmögel Josefine (white/blue cheese) @brostorpsgardsmejeri
- Östgöta Ädel (Blue goat cheese) @lotgardsmejeriab
- Majros (like Vacherol) and Rosa (like Reblochon) Påverås Gårdsmejeri
- Wrångebäcks ost (Matured cheese) and Almnäs tegelost (hard pressed brick cheese
@almnasbruk
- Morfars brännvin ost (Grandpa's aquavit cheese) @falbygdens

The delicious salted butter (cow/goat milk) comes from @lotgardsmejeriab

All were delicious, my favorites were Vrångebäcks cheese and Hyby Blå. 💯

I received this cheeses fromSwedishness and first I thought why importing cheese to🇨🇭, The Cheese Paradise 🧀🙄 ? But OMG I was so wrong! 🤦What an amazing experience! 🙏👌
