- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread half of the coarse sea salt evenly on the sheet.
- Place the whole salmon fillet, skin-side down, on top of the salt.
- Cover the salmon with the remaining sea salt, ensuring the fillet is completely sealed in a salt crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the salmon is fully cooked and tender.
- Remove from the oven, carefully brush off the salt crust, and garnish with lemon slices and fresh dill.
- Serve with roasted potatoes or a fresh green salad.

- 300g pasta (tagliatelle or penne)
- 300g fresh or smoked salmon, diced

Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook 300g pasta according to the package instructions.
- While the pasta cooks, heat a pan over medium heat and add a bit of olive oil.
