There's so much you can do with candy so why not put some in your baking as well, making it double delicious! This is a recipe for 20 delicious chocolate cookies with Non-Stop candy. Chocolate cookies are a favourite all year round but since Halloween is coming up, let’s make them a bit more colourful!
All you need is: 125 g butter, 3 dl sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla sugar, 3 dl wheat flour, 1 dl cocoa, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 1/2 dl non-stop.
- Set the oven to 175°C.
- Mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer, until it becomes a creamy batter.
- Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Mix well until it becomes a sticky mass.
- Scoop out 2 tablespoons of batter for each cake on 2 sheets lined with baking paper.
- Place 10 cookies per tray (for 20).
- Place 5-6 Non-Stops on each cake.
- Place the plates, one at a time, in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.
