Ingredients: WHEAT flour, water, cut whole grain RYE*, syrup, ground from BARLEY (4%), sourdough on whole grain RYE* and WHEAT, WHEAT gluten, rapeseed oil, sifted RYE flour, scalded WHEAT flour, sugar, yeast, salt, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid). The bread contains 14% rye. It may contain traces of poppy seeds. * Whole grain ingredient. The whole grain content in the bread is 12%, corresponding to 17% of the dry weight.
