The cream is included for the sake of good taste and the rapeseed oil makes it easier to spread on the bread. Bregott Normalsaltat does best on the sandwich, but is also good to both fry in and bake with. The symbol with the blue-yellow cream jug guarantees 100 percent Swedish cream.
